Job Description:
- 30 hours - 50 hours week / 3 - 5 days week;
- Reporting to the Manager to assist in smooth running of the reception area of the hospital;
- Answer telephone calls promptly and politely and take messages accurately;
- Greet visitors in a professional and courteous manner;
- Manage, coordinate and administer consultation booking / appointments;
- Responsible for reports / records as well as the filing system;
- Assist in stock taking and inventory controls, pricing and shelf packing;
- Assist in coordinating and organizing ad hoc projects and company events.
Requirements:
- Two years relevant work experience in hospitality and pet care industry preferred but not essential;
- Tertiary education in relevant studies is an advantage;
- Genuine love and care for animals is essential;
- Excellent customer services skills and a good team player;
- Fluent in English and Chinese is preferred;
- Self-motivated, independent and good interpersonal skills are essential;
- Work location: Sai Kung;
- Fresh graduate will also be considered.
