Dr. Jessica is a 2009 graduate of Sydney University. Dr. Jessica started her professional career in Hong Kong in 2010 working in different clinics before joining Pets Central in 2018. Dr. Jessica is a General Practitioner who can confidently handle most internal medicine and surgical procedures. Dr. Jessica has taken numerous post-graduate courses in feline medicine, Chinese Medicine and Acupuncture at the Chi Institute for Chinese Medicine. She is the recipient of the 2007 Prize of Written Communication for her article "The Overlooking Issues in Animal Welfare of Laboratory Rats.”

Dr. Jessica speaks Cantonese, English and Mandarin.
