Dr. Seb Chiang graduated with a Doctor of Veterinary Medicine from The University of Sydney in 2022. She spent two years working in general practice in Sydney, Australia, after graduation before she returned to Hong Kong and joined Pets Central to continue her clinical work close to family and the local community.

Dr. Seb has a special interest in internal medicine and is particularly drawn to complex medical cases such as diabetes, hyperthyroidism, gastrointestinal diseases, pancreatitis and chronic kidney disease. She is committed to lifelong learning and regularly attends continuing education courses, workshops and webinars to deepen her knowledge and to stay current with the latest evidence-based diagnoses and treatments. She enjoys building long-term relationships with owners and takes pride in making veterinary visits as comfortable as possible for both pets and their families and providing high-quality care throughout their lives.

Outside of work, she enjoys reading, listening to music and meditating which help her stay focused and approach daily life with calm and mindfulness.
